I offer hands-on Quality Assurance and Quality Control management for Consortium/JV, EPCI, and T&I projects, including subcontractors and suppliers of production, logistics, installation, jointing, termination and testing. This includes:

• Planning: Comprehensive requirements review and architecture of Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and Audit Plans.

Auditing is a key tool for promoting process maturity and mitigating risk among all stakeholders. My auditing services are aligned with ISO-19011 principles and focus on:

• System Baselining: Establishing a clear baseline of work package scope(s) and processes.
• Process Mapping: Using visual aids to facilitate understanding and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Risk Mitigation: Performing criticality assessments and developing a roadmap to process maturity.

To streamline the completion and takeover process, I utilize digital reporting for key activities. This modern approach ensures:

• Real-Time Reporting: Inspection reports are approved on-site and uploaded for prompt internal release and client submission.
